基础知识：美国图书馆协会的两份文献
美国图书馆协会（美国大学与研究图书馆协会）对于信息素养的研究和发布有两份重要的文献，分别是：《Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education》，和《Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education》，后来有了中文翻译版或学术研究版，即《美国高等教育信息素养能力标准》（2002）即《高等教育信息素养框架》（2015）。
